This is one of the most exciting parts of the Real Estate process, but it can also be a little stressing if we have skipped any of the previous steps in our Home Buying guide.
There are several ways we can start this, we can find homes for you, or you can search our MLS to find properties that are of interest. If you would like, we can also set-up an automated home search that will automatically send you homes that match your criteria, this way once the homes are listed for sale, if they match your criteria, they are sent to your email right away.
Once we have a few interesting homes, we will schedule an appointment to view these homes.
When we find your ideal home, then we make an offer.
